This Privacy Policy explains how AttractRavingFans.com (the “Site”) — owned and operated by Alan (“we,” “us,” or “our”) as a sole proprietorship based in the Commonwealth of Kentucky, United States — collects, uses, shares, and protects information about you when you visit the Site, subscribe to our email list, purchase a product, course, or coaching package, or otherwise interact with us.

1. Scope and Audience

AttractRavingFans.com is intended for adult users in the United States. We do not knowingly market to or accept memberships from minors, and we do not target the European Economic Area (“EEA”), the United Kingdom, or other non-U.S. jurisdictions. a. Information You Provide Directly

We do not request or knowingly collect government-identification numbers, financial-account credentials, health information, biometric identifiers, or other categories of “sensitive personal information” as defined under U.S. state privacy laws.

e. Spam and Bot Protection

To protect our forms from spam and automated abuse, we use Cloudflare Turnstile, a bot-detection service provided by Cloudflare, Inc. When you interact with a form on our Site, Turnstile automatically collects certain technical signals from your device, including your IP address, a TLS and browser fingerprint, your browser's user-agent string, and the form's site key and originating domain, and may use strictly necessary cookies or similar local storage. Cloudflare uses this information solely to distinguish humans from automated bots and to keep the Site secure. It is not used for advertising or cross-site tracking, and Cloudflare states that it cannot directly identify you from these signals. Cloudflare processes this data on our behalf as a data processor (and, for the limited purpose of improving its detection technology, as a controller). 3. Cookies and Similar Technologies

The Site uses cookies and similar technologies (pixels, web beacons, local storage) to operate, secure, and improve the Site. Cookies fall into the following general categories:

• Strictly necessary cookies — required for the Site to function (e.g., load balancing, session management, fraud prevention).
• Functional cookies — remember your preferences (e.g., language, prior input).
• Analytics cookies — help us understand how visitors use the Site so we can improve it.
• Marketing/email cookies — set by our email service provider to associate your email activity with your visit (e.g., to fill in a form you have previously completed).

4. Analytics

We use a third-party email service provider (for example, Mailchimp, ConvertKit, Klaviyo, or a similar platform) to manage our email lists and send newsletters, product updates, course communications, coaching notifications, and promotional messages. When you subscribe, your name, email address, and certain engagement data (open rates, clicks, signup source) are processed by that provider on our behalf.

In accordance with the U.S. CAN-SPAM Act and similar laws, every marketing email we send contains a clear unsubscribe link. You may also email support-team@attractravingfans.com at any time to be removed from marketing communications. We may continue to send transactional or account-related messages (purchase receipts, course-access notifications, refund-policy reminders, and similar) where reasonably necessary, regardless of marketing-opt-out status.

6. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• operate, maintain, and secure the Site;
• deliver the products, courses, downloads, coaching, and other services you request;
• send transactional communications (receipts, access links, schedule confirmations, customer-service replies);
• send marketing communications you have opted in to receive, and personalize their content;
• understand how the Site is used and improve our Content and user experience;
• detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, abuse, security incidents, and violations of our terms;
• comply with legal obligations, respond to lawful requests, and enforce our agreements.

7. Legal Bases for Processing (EEA/UK Visitors)

If you are located in the EEA or the UK, our legal bases for processing your personal information are:

• Contract — to provide products, courses, coaching, or services you have purchased.
• Consent — for optional uses such as marketing emails, non-essential cookies, and similar; you may withdraw consent at any time.
• Legitimate interests — to operate, secure, and improve the Site, communicate with existing customers about similar offerings, and prevent fraud, where such interests are not overridden by your rights.

8. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information for monetary consideration. We share information only as described below:

9. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, including:

When information is no longer needed, we delete, anonymize, or de-identify it using commercially reasonable methods.

California “Shine the Light”

California residents may request, once per calendar year, a list of any personal information disclosed to third parties for those third parties’ direct marketing purposes during the prior calendar year. We do not share personal information with third parties for their own direct marketing purposes.

12. Children’s Privacy

AttractRavingFans.com is intended for adult users only. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 16, and we do not knowingly accept memberships, purchases, or email subscriptions from minors. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact support-team@attractravingfans.com and we will promptly delete it. This Site is not designed to comply with the U.S. Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (“COPPA”) because it is not directed at children under 13.

13. International Visitors and Data Transfers

The Site is operated from the United States, and any information you provide is processed and stored in the United States. If you are visiting from the EEA, the UK, or another jurisdiction whose privacy laws differ from U.S. law, please note that by using the Site you are transferring your information to the United States, where data-protection rules may be different from those in your country. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) with our service providers for any cross-border transfers of personal information.

14. Do Not Track

Some web browsers offer a “Do Not Track” (“DNT”) setting. There is currently no industry consensus on how to respond to DNT signals, so the Site does not currently respond to DNT signals. You can still control tracking through your browser settings, cookie preferences, and the opt-out mechanisms described in this Policy.

15. Third-Party Links and AI-Assisted Content

The Site may contain links to third-party websites and services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties; we encourage you to read their privacy policies before sharing information with them.

Portions of the Content on the Site are created, drafted, researched, reviewed, or edited with the assistance of AI tools (including large language models). When we use such tools, we do not knowingly provide your personal information to those tools for training or any purpose unrelated to drafting or editing public-facing content. 16. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the revised Policy on this page and update the “Last Updated” date above. Material changes will be communicated through the Site or, where appropriate, by email. Your continued use of the Site after any change indicates your acceptance of the revised Policy.
