The podcast launches mid-June 2026. Until then, the community is open to early subscribers of the Raving Fans Letter and listeners who follow Alan's earlier work. Once the podcast is live, Season 1 will be the prerequisite — not because we're gatekeeping, but because the framework is the shared vocabulary. If you join now, you're a founding member by definition.
Obviously, the framework and tools work best if you use them regularly. "The Next Move" is a one-hour monthly call to answer questions and offer suggestions. Beyond that, however much time you can give to the workspace and discussion area is fine. Some members will post daily. Some only read and apply. The tools and community are available 24/7, so you set the schedule that's best for you.
No. The framework is on the shelf as a reference. The work is the application — to your real business. Courses front-load content; the community front-loads feedback.

Monthly members: cancel anytime before your next billing date. Annual members: 14 days full refund; no partial-month refunds after that. The community is not a gym membership. If it isn't working for you, we'd rather you leave than stay frustrated.
One note on founding status: the Founding Member rate stays locked only while your subscription is active. If you cancel and rejoin later, you'll come back at whatever the rate is at that time.
